"Hi Todd,
I been running around all over the place doing all the assignment deals. I just completed a deal that I locked up for a profit of $10k, the new tenant buyer give me $2,000.00 upfront. I asked him if he was willing to finance the rest but he didn't want to do that. So we negotiated and he agreed to give me a $8,000.00 car for the balance.
This is a true win-win for the seller, the tenant buyer, and most of all for me. I got cash and a car.
